All in-stock products generally ship within 24-48 hours after the order is placed, excluding weekends. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days once stock is available.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your health supplement purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-672-5370 Monday through Friday 7am-7pm PST, email us at customersupport@roex.com.

You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box containing the returned items and mail it to: BIN Science/ROEX® Returns Department within 10 days of the RMA issuance. Only one opened bottle of each product will be accepted for return.

Your order will be refunded, less shipping, when the package is delivered within the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. The 30-Day period is defined by the day the product ships. For your security, return your package with an insured carrier and retain a receipt for your records.
