Exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Roex supplement purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RMA Number

You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box containing the returned items and mail it to: Roex by BIN Science Returns Department within 10 days of the RMA issuance. Only one opened bottle of each product will be accepted for return.

Damages and Wrong product

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is different to your order, please contact Customer Service, we would love to help correct the issue. Please call 1800-645-0010

Exceptions / non-returnable

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Requirements

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. less shipping, when the package is delivered within the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. The 30-Day period is defined by the day the product ships. For your security, return your package with an insured carrier and retain a receipt for your records. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders are typically shipped the following business day.

Ship to home orders can only be cancelled within the first hour of being placed online. After this time, you will need to call us immediately. Customer Support may be able to make changes and/or cancel provided it is within an allotted ship window.

Payment Process

100% Secure and Trusted Payment: During Express Checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to complete the payment information. We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard via PayPal. Upon receiving your order a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Once payment is processed, you will then be returned to the store to complete the remainder of the checkout process. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been completed.  

If you provide an email address when ordering you will receive an order receipt and a shipping receipt with tracking information.

Shipping

Shipping is $7.95 per order; however we do offer free shipping for orders over $75.

Standard Ground 

Orders delivered within the 50 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 7 business days depending on delivery location and weather conditions.

Order Processing

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders will be packed and shipped as usual. Additional shipping costs will be added where applicable.

Business days do not include weekends and so there is no weekend delivery. Currently, we ship to all 50 states including the U.S. Territories. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.
